Support and version identification

Use the InternCats test site. The referral page identifies the official X account as @intern_cats. A dedicated technical support email, ticket portal and response commitment remain {{待核实}}. Unconfirmed accounts and direct messages are not authenticated support channels.

For troubleshooting, provide public details: network, full token and Factory addresses, transaction hash, block, action, displayed error and receipt status. Never provide private keys, recovery phrases or wallet recovery files. For creation, specify whether Hook preparation or token creation is pending.

When a confirmed transaction is missing from the UI, inspect its receipt and indexing status. For claims, check contract type, entitled wallet, claimable and the wallet's ability to receive OKB. For trades, check network, curve/graduated phase, early limits, slippage, deadline, balance and allowances.

These V2 factories, tokens and routers use fixed implementations and bindings. Rewards tax vaults are clones of a fixed implementation, initialized only through the authenticated creation process. There is no general proxy upgrade entry point to replace existing token logic. A new contract version has new deployment addresses; a website update does not automatically migrate existing assets.

Later code or test implementations in the repository do not grant capabilities to existing addresses. Integrations must verify deployed addresses, original ABIs, code hashes and chain state. {{待核实}} means unverified, not supported.
