Draft / Testnet phase / To be reviewed by counsel before mainnet. This draft will be reviewed and updated before mainnet.
Risk Disclosure
Effective date:
1. Volatility and total loss
Token prices can change sharply or fall to zero. Charts, rankings, theoretical curve multiples, rewards and buyback descriptions do not promise returns. Take only risks you can bear and evaluate projects independently; platform display does not replace due diligence.
2. Liquidity and execution
There may be no buyers, sellers or sufficient liquidity. Selling may be impossible or possible only at an unfavorable price. Slippage, price impact, front-running, ordering, gas changes and failed transactions affect results. Historical volume does not guarantee future execution.
3. Bonding curve and graduation
Current V2 curve supply of 75%, graduation reserve of 25%, net-reserve targets and pricing rules are contract-defined. Official liquidity migrates to Uniswap v4 when conditions are met. Routes, quotes and charges can differ before and after graduation. Graduation may never be reached or may fail because of dependencies; a theoretical endpoint price is not a realizable return promise.
4. First anti-sniping tier of 99% and early limits
Ordinary curve buys start with a 99% anti-sniping tier that later declines by relative block. The total rate is the higher of that tier and the 1% protocol fee plus project tax, subject to rounding, rather than another 99% added on top. Through relative block 300 after creation, inclusive, contracts limit ordinary buy size and permit only one buy per recipient per block. These rules do not eliminate bot or multiple-wallet risks. The authorized atomic opening buy is exempt only from anti-sniping and ordinary buy limits, not protocol fee or buy project tax. The official graduated v4 Hook does not implement curve anti-sniping.
5. Limits of a permanent LP lock
The official LP position created at graduation is permanently locked. This does not protect price, keep reserves unchanged or prevent losses. Trading changes pool composition, and other markets and third-party pools can affect prices. A permanent lock does not ensure counterparties or make the platform a token guarantor.
6. Smart contracts, X Layer and Uniswap v4
Contracts, Hooks, routers, approvals and dependencies may contain bugs, configuration errors or unforeseen interactions. Audits and tests cannot eliminate every risk. X Layer, Uniswap v4 and cross-system dependencies may suffer failures, upgrades, congestion, reorganizations or availability changes. Wrong approvals, malicious signatures or lost wallets can cause irrecoverable losses.
7. Impersonation, fake tokens and content
Others may reuse similar names, symbols, images or social accounts. Names are not unique, and display is not verification. Check the full chain ID, contract address and reliable sources. Creators may make false claims. Removing display cannot undo trades or delete an on-chain token.
8. Infrastructure and data failures
Website, RPC, indexer, wallet, X login, cloud or CDN failures can delay or prevent price, balance, history and status reads. Interface feedback differs from final on-chain confirmation; check receipts. We cannot guarantee continuous access or freeze, transfer or reverse your on-chain assets.
9. Testnet notice
The current service uses X Layer Testnet (chain ID 1952). Test tokens have no real value. The testnet may reset, stop, lose history or change parameters. Test results do not establish mainnet safety or investment value. The footer $ICAT link points to a mainnet explorer for identification; it does not give testnet tokens mainnet value.
